And meet, Yasi, my inner child
Yasi is who is with me daily when I wake up and when I go to sleep. She is my first role model of dreaming, praying, being curious about all things, doing what I want, and manifesting.
I was curious about everything, but what always came up throughout out life was intrest in understanding why people seemed stuck in cycles and situations that they didn’t want to be in. I was that kid that adults and other kids my age would confide in and I knew I had a heart for helping people and always seemed to have the wisdom to help them see light in darkness.
Little did I know, I was in the training ground to help myself see my light in the darkness. My path is covered in divine guidance, intuitive nudges, and and calls to step out further in the deep.
My Story
Intuitive Nudges
I was about 10 years old when I had my first strong intuitive nudge. some call it clairvoyance, seeing, or prophecy, but all I knew is there was a deep knowing on the inside that was guiding my next step and oh boy was it spot on. It scared and excited me all at the same time! These intuitive nudges became more frequent and often times I didn’t listen, especially when it came to relationships – both platonic and romantic. I have been to the school of hard knocks when it comes to that, but it was also my training ground to understand and nurture the gift of trusting ones self. I often heard in church that the spirit of God lives in me, but I was also told that I cannot listen to my heart because it is deceitful which lead to a lot of confusion when it came to trusting myself.
I know how powerful our intuition is and how it is given to us as a personal GPS (god’s positioning system) to hear from God, our first therapist and sage, so that we can get on or stay on our course of life.
I have learned many things through my journey and through counseling women as well that has heavily influenced my approach to dealing with fear, self trust, esteem, resilience, boundaries, and self-care to name a few. The process of strengthening these parts of ourselves takes work, but I help women take a short cut by providing insights, meditations, and exercises that are proven to move you along your path.
At the end of the day, honey, the day is going to end…might as well nurture yourself, be authentic, and trust yourself. Wouldn’t you agree?
Honestly, I love that I get to help so many women learn to cultivate their own inner knowing, identify their cycles, and adopt new behaviors to create a life they love. Much of this work starts and ends with nurting your inner child, Yasi is who I look out for, and I will help you find and re-connect with your younger self too!
